Training or nutrition coaching as independent services will incur a £100 per month fee.

Combined training and nutrition as part of the full package will incur a total monthly fee of £150. 

Fees are payable by bank transfer on the anniversary of the client's startup date / first payment. 
 
All startups are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment.

All new clients are onboarded in the spirit of mutual commitment and conscientiousness toward the outlined goals, with an expectation of an exchange of reasonable and open communication.

In addition, conducting oneself with honesty, integrity and respect for the sport, its federations, rules, athletes, officials and all other organisations and individuals connected to the sport. 

If the coaching service is terminated within a calendar month by the client, NO refunds on fees will be made. A minimum 2-week notice of termination is required.  

The coaching service may terminated by myself (Nicola Ann Bennett), with or without notice, and in which case, relevant refunds will be made for the period from which the service ends to the date to which the client has paid (the anniversary of their payment date).
