This registration form is for those attending Diocesan Convention NOT as delegates, but as visitors. You may find details of the schedule on the diocesan website.

Visitors are encouraged to contribute $20.00 for the Friday evening reception, Saturday light

breakfast, and Saturday lunch. It can be paid online at https://upepiscopal.org/donate/ or brought to Convention or mailed to 131 E Ridge St, Marquette, MI 49855.

For those attending lunch on Friday, a donation of $10.00 would be appreciated to help offset the cost of the meal. Payment can be made at lunch.
