Certified Landscape Horticulturist Technician (CLHT) Exam Registration Form
*Please Note:
  1. CLHT exam registration is processed per module. A series of written and hands-on practical test units are assigned to each module.
  2. The exam registration fee covers the charge to take a maximum of 6 written test attempts per module. A $45 fee will be charged per additional written test taken until all assigned tests for the module are successfully completed. Click this link to complete and submit the Test Retake Application Form.
  3. Indicate if you require modified accommodation for written tests. Requests MUST be accompanied by supporting documentation from a medical, social or educational institution.
  4. Hands-on practical competencies are affirmed through an attestation which MUST be completed by an authorized attestor. Details to authorize your attester will be included in your exam confirmation email.
  5. Cancellation Policy: Candidates have 30 days from submitting their exam registration form to cancel. A 15% administration fee will be withheld upon cancellation.
  6. Allow 2 - 4 business days to process registration and send your exam confirmation email.
  7. From the date of receiving the exam confirmation email, candidates have 5 years to complete assigned tests to earn their certification. Beyond this timeframe, candidates will register to restart the process.
