Aki Matsuri Corporate Tent Application
Would you like to offer your employees and guests an opportunity to experience Aki Matsuri Fall Festival from your own private tent? Corporate tents are available to reserve for a full day of festivities. Guests will be able to watch the main stage performances, while enjoying a Japanese meal or relaxing with an iced green tea.

Fees:
Corporate tent: $300.00
Aki Matsuri admission for your guests: $5.00/person (children 12 & under FREE)

A 20’ x 20’ tent, tables and chairs will be reserved specifically for your “By Invitation Only” special guests. The invitations you present to your guests are given at the Admission Booth, your guests enter at no charge. The NMJACL will invoice your company after Aki Matsuri, for the number of invitations redeemed at the gate.

The rental fee will include a reserved tent, tables and chairs. Signs will be posted around the tent, noting the tent is reserved for your company. Arrangements can be made to include your company logo on the posted signs.
