At Cool Kids Clubhouse, we are committed to providing as many fun, unique, and engaging academic, social, and emotional programs as possible for the families we support. To help us continue offering these opportunities at no cost, please be mindful when registering for programs and honor sign-up commitments whenever possible.

We understand that unexpected situations arise and plans can change. If you are unable to attend a program after RSVP'ing, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. By that time, staff, materials, and other resources have often already been allocated based on expected attendance. Advance notice also allows us the opportunity to offer spaces to other families who may be waiting to participate.

Beginning in June, for programs with limited capacity (such as Carolina Ninja Academy), priority registration will be given to families who have demonstrated consistent attendance and communication regarding cancellations.
