2026 UMB Nutcracker Sensory Friendly Show Registration
STEP INTO THE LAND OF SWEETS IN A WELCOMING, SENSORY-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

Experience the magic of the season with Utah Metropolitan Ballet’s The Nutcracker! Join Clara on a journey through a sparkling winter wonderland filled with dancing snowflakes, courageous battles with the Mouse King, and the enchanting Sugar Plum Fairy. Featuring breathtaking choreography by Jacqueline P. Colledge, stunning costumes, and Tchaikovsky’s beloved score, this cherished holiday tradition is perfect for the entire family.

This special performance is part of Utah Metropolitan Ballet’s outreach program for families affected by autism and has been thoughtfully adapted to be sensory-friendly. We understand that traditional theater settings can sometimes present challenges for individuals on the autism spectrum. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and grant partners, we are proud to offer an inclusive ballet experience where families can relax and enjoy the magic of a live performance together.
