This form is to request a transcript (unofficial and official). Please ensure all information is entered accurately.

Official transcripts require a $10.00 fee which can be paid at the bottom of this page and take 5-7 business days to process. Unofficial transcripts do not require a fee and take 1-3 business days to process.

If you have an outstanding balance with the College, a request for an official transcript will not be processed.

Official transcripts cannot be emailed to personal email addresses; they can only be emailed to institutions (i.e. Colleges, Employers, Boards).
