This year the event will be held at the Champlain Centre Mall in Plattsburgh, NY. We will be hosting the event in coordination with the mall and placing vendors inside several vacant indoor shops. As a result there will be ample parking as well as access to the food court and other mall services.
Vendor registration includes free entry to the event for your staff working the tables. Please note below the number of people that will be working your table.
We encourage you to either donate items to our swag bags or add a small 1/4 page coupon or flier to attract customers to your table or share your online presence. Contact the event organizer to discuss requirements and specs.
All vendors will be required to submit a "Sales Tax Certificate of Authority." If you are unfamiliar with the process we may be able to help. More information here: https://www.businessexpress.ny.gov/app/answers/cms/a_id/2058/kw/authority
Set up for stalls may begin on Friday evening or from 6 am on Saturday.
