JerseyNZ Annual Conference Registration form
Use this form to complete your Conference registration for 2026

21st - 23rd April 2026. 

Transport - transport by bus is included for the entire Conference. Delegates will depart by bus from the Sudima Christchurch Airport on the 21st and will be returned to Christchurch Airport on the 23rd. 

Prices:
Early bird Full time registration is $300 + gst pp (up to 27th March 2026)
Standard Full time registration is $350 + gst pp (after 27th March 2026)
Part time prices are listed in this registration form (part-time registrations received after 27 March will incur a $50 late fee)

Final registrations must be received by 10 April 2026. 

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Members are to book their own accommodation at the Sudima if attending the Pre-Conference. 
Please note, JerseyNZ have NOT allocated rooms at the Sudima, therefore we ask members to book their accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee availability. 
Please book online and use the code CONSPC. (This code is only valid when booking online).

Conference - Hotel Ashburton
Members should book their own accommodation directly with Hotel Ashburton and we have allocated a set amount of rooms for our group. 
Please book by phoning Hotel Ashburton on 0800 330 880 and state that you are with JerseyNZ.
