Ready to take your sandwich making to the next level?Part 1 of the MM certification is a test of your knowledge of sandwich recipes, sandwich builds, and portion sizes. You will also be asked about how to give rockstar customer service on and off the register.
You must get a 90% to pass. (You can miss 4 questions max)
All questions are referring to the 8" size French bread sandwich unless specified otherwise.
If you fail, you must wait at least 24 hours before your next attempt.
