2016 WLA Conference Session Proposal
Thank you for your interest in presenting a session for the Washington Library Association's Annual Conference being held April 27-29, 2016 at the historic Davenport Hotel in Spokane, WA.

All sessions will be held on April 28 or 29, and are 75 minutes in length.
Proposals are due no later than Monday, June 29, 2015.  
The program selection committee will notify applicants of their proposal status by August 7.

Session Details
Conference sessions are 75 minutes in length.
Room set-up is theater style with an LCD projector, screen, and internet access.
LAPTOPS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Financial Support Required
The conference budget is extremely limited. Presenters are encouraged to seek support from their employers to cover the costs of conference participation, or have an Interest Group, Roundtable or other Sponsor cover expenses. However, if additional funding is required please include details below. Lodging arrangements are the responsibility of each Presenter.

Conference Session Presenter(s)
The Primary Contact named above is responsible for being the liaison between session Presenter(s) and Conference Planners. If this proposal is accepted, the Conference Planners will assist the Primary Contact with session coordination prior to and during the event.

Please note that regarding conference attendance, registration fees are typically waived only for Presenters who will be attending solely to present at their own session and will NOT be attending any other portion of the conference.
