Decal Purchase
The decals have been printed!  Purchase your decals here:[ https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=HZ3J999MQAJTL ] with a PayPal account or credit/debit card and then please return to this form to fill out shipping info.  

Orders will be shipped the Friday following receipt of payment.

You should receive a confirmation email from PayPal stating that you made a payment to "OCTAFFLE" for the amount specified (check your spam folder too!)  If you did not receive an email, look at your PayPal account history or online bank statement to see if the payment went through.  If no payment was sent, please try again.

To pay without a PayPal account:
1.  Click the link above and enter the quantity you want to order.
2.  Hit the "Check Out" button.  
3.  On the left of the screen should be your order information.  On the right, "Login to Paypal" should appear.
4.  Click "Don't have a Paypal account?" below the login info and you can order with a debit/credit card without a Paypal account!
