Third Annual Juried Student Art Show Submission Form
Please fill out this form if you would like to participate in the 3rd Annual Student Art Show at the Good Purpose Gallery in Lee, MA during the dates of April 12, 2018 to May 8, 2018.

Submission Information: All artwork must be created by Berkshire County students between the ages of 13 and 18 and wall pieces must be prepared with a wire or hooks for hanging in a professional gallery space.

All files MUST HAVE your last name at the beginning of the title. A maximum of 5 pieces may be submitted. All mediums are accepted.
We will get in touch with you to let you know whether you've been selected. All wall pieces must be ready to hang by the time of the exhibition- preferably by frame. If your piece is not wall-ready, we will remove it from the exhibition.
If your student is on the Autism Spectrum, please make a note in one of the short response lines so we may have special consideration for them.
