Next Generation Mentor Application
School of the Osage's Next Generation Mentoring program allows you the opportunity to volunteer your expertise to a student in a way that overcomes time constraints and geographical barriers. You will be able to be instrumental in helping a student develop/grow a plan that puts him or her on the path of ongoing success.

Thank you for your interest in mentoring an Osage student!

1. Please complete the application below.
2. Any person who works/volunteers with school age children must have a background screening. Directions for the background screening will be provided to you upon the completion of this form.

If you have any questions, please contact:

In order to be a successful mentor in the pilot program, you must commit to attend (physically or through a video messaging program like Skype, FaceTime, or Google Chat) two meetings with your mentee on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 8am-9:30am and Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 from 11:30am-1pm. Are you available for both of these dates and times? If you can not attend both meetings, we will retain your data for next year's program. *
