4.What have you done in the past to reach that goal that DID work for you?
5.What have you done in the past to reach that goal that DIDN'T work for you ?
6. What are the challenges you are expecting to show up?
7. Who will support you with this new commitment ? do they know that this is their role?
8. By when you want to achieve this goal? How will you know that you achieved your goal?
