Devon Cricket Player Survey
The Devon Cricket Board kindly invite you to complete the following Player Survey.  The survey will take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

In response to national statistics that show a reduction in people playing cricket, Devon Cricket wish to find out what, if any, barriers exist to players wishing to continue playing and ensure that the cricket offered in Devon is appropriate to the needs of past, current and future players.

As an incentive to complete this vital survey, your name will be entered into a draw for 2 tickets to the 2013 Friends Life t20 Finals Day that will be held at Edgbaston on Saturday 17th August 2013.

You are entitled to remain anonymous when completing the survey, however you will not be eligible for the prize draw if you do not provide your name and email address.

Should you have any queries when completing this survey please contact Devon Cricket Development Manager, Matt Theedom - matt.theedom@ecb.co.uk.  Hard copies of the survey are available on request.
