Linux Foundation Diversity Scholarship Form
The Linux Foundation’s scholarship program provides support to traditionally underrepresented and/or marginalized persons in the technology and/or open source communities (including, but not limited to persons identifying as LGBT, women, persons of color, and/or persons with disabilities) who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend Linux Foundation events for financial reasons.
Equal access and diversity are important to The Linux Foundation, and we aim to remove this obstacle for underrepresented attendee groups. We want you at our events, and we want to help you get there.
Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of need and impact. Selection will be made by an assembled group of reviewers who will assess each applicant’s request.
Scholarship recipients will receive a free registration ticket to the event of their choosing. Please note, travel expenses are paid by the applicant and are not covered under this scholarship.
Eligibility: Applicants must be from a traditionally underrepresented and/or marginalized group in the technology and/or open source communities including, but not limited to: persons identifying as LGBT, women, persons of color, and/or persons with disabilities; and be unable to attend without some financial assistance.
