Vendor Application for Bay Area Derby Game 
Are you a local artist, business or organization looking to grow within the Bay Area? Bay Area Derby has three exciting home team games AND a three-day tournament this season and we would love your involvement! We have tables available throughout the venue for you to showcase your talent to all our fans!

When and Where?
  • Richmond Memorial Auditorium: 403 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA 94894
  • Saturday April 5: Season Opener - San Francisco vs. Oakland
  • Saturday June 28: Pride Celebration -  San Francisco vs. Oakland
  • Friday September 12 - Sunday September 14: Golden Bowl Tournament
  • Saturday October 25: Halloween Season Closer - San Francisco vs. Oakland
Why vend at BAD? 
  • For our 2024 season we had over 800 fans attend our each of our events! 
  • Over 4 hours of vending time for your business
  • This is an all ages event!
How much is it to vend? 
  • We are asking $50 per vendor to have a table at each event as there is limited capacity. 
  • Vendor Season Passes are available for $175 - this fee would secure you a vendor table at every event this season!
  • Note, it you are unable to pay the $50, please contact events@bayareaderby.com and we can most likely work out something different out for you on a case by case basis. 
Necessary Permits? 
  • Please note if you will be selling tangible property in the State of California you must have City of Richmond business license.

  • Please note that license may take up to 7-14 business days from date of submission with the City of Richmond
