In order to assist with a timely repair of any NCPS Chromebook whether it is a cart device, a kiosk, or a teacher "loaner" device, please complete the following "Chromebook assistance needed" ticket so the technology team is aware of an issue. This ticket system will be used for ALL Chromebooks-whether it is a student device, an "in the classroom" device on a cart, or a teacher Chromebook. This system is NOT used for any other technology repairs including desktops, laptops, SMART panels, or anything else. Just Chromebooks! Staff-Please use the standard help desk located on the Nottoway Schools Home Page under "staff" for all other repair requests.
We make every effort to get a device repaired as soon as possible however if you wish to check on the status of a Chromebook "In Repair", please email chromebookrepair@nottowayschools.org for a status update and Mr. Ledger will get back to you ASAP. Please do not leave the device with anyone other than the IT professionals that will be doing the repair. Leave the broken device on the cart or room and we will pick it up.
