The Best Person Project: Knowledge Mobilization Survey
The Best Person Project is a leadership development workshop series designed to empower women starting their careers to confidently stand up and say "I am the best person for that project".

The Best Person Project’s vision is to see more women achieve leadership positions, so that what we perceive as a powerful, competent leader will broaden and change.

By completing this survey, you will help us ground the problem of the "confidence gap" with crowd sourced knowledge and stories. We think the first step in conquering a social problem is to name it, define it and collect stories to demonstrate that this is a shared experience.

This survey is our first step in building a knowledge base tailored to the GTHA and to increase public support for our mission. We believe the confidence gap exists between men and women in the workplace, and we want to identify the different ways it manifests so we can understand how and where there are opportunities to build curriculum to bridge that gap.

So tell us about yourself and your experience in the workplace.  You'll be contributing to efforts that will shake things up and aim to achieve more women leaders at the top.
