Cookie Orders for 2017 - Troop 1677
Please use this form anytime you need to request cookies. Select your daughter's name, the type of request you are making and then enter the # of boxes of each flavor you need. After cookies arrive in early February, additional orders will be filled based on what we need for our cookie booths that week and when I'm able to obtain more from the cupboard. I should be able to fulfill additional orders and wagon requests weekly. A wagon request will be an assortment of cookies (your choice) that you check out and keep for the week. You will be financially responsible for the boxes you keep/sell out of the wagon assortment. If you should need your wagon or additional cookie order sooner rather than later, please first submit your request via this form and then notify me via email trisha.hart79@yahoo.com or text 816-729-7034 to discuss the details further.

By submitting a wagon checkout request, you are agreeing to return any unsold boxes and remit payment for the boxes sold out of the wagon by the time agreed between you and me when you pick up the wagon. *
