INTRODUCTION:

Every employer in New York State is required to provide employees with annual sexual harassment prevention training.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Read the D.A. Collins Companies EEO/Anti-Harassment Policy and Compliant Form

2024 EEO/ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

2. Watch the video training;
3. Electronically send feedback/questions and sign and date this Google Form.
