We are expecting 2,000 to 2,500 people, but you should plan to serve 200 to 300 people. We recommend 1 to 3 lunch items priced between $3 to $10 each.
If you require power or heat, please provide a source of power. Please also provide culinary and service staff, a method for collecting payment, and table setup (tablecloth, signage, disposable small wares and plasticware). Participating restaurants will receive four (4) passes for the event and one (1) parking pass. All vehicles will need to be parked in the lot after load in. You may also sell beverages.
