Terms and Agreement

1. Deposit: 

A 50% deposit is required once the minimum order threshold is met, securing your place in the Fiber Pool.


2. Order and Fabric Receipt Timeline:  

Orders will be accepted until September 24, 2025. Upon reaching the minimum order quantity, we will collect a 50% deposit. Once the monies are received, we will place the order with Laguna Fabrics. Notification of pickup dates and locations (in DTLA) will follow; the estimated lead time is 5 to 6 weeks.


3. Final Payment:  

The balance will be due before the fabric is picked up or shipped. 


4. Fabric Cutting Options and Minimums:  

Minimum order quantity is 20 yards. 


5. Shipping and Pickup:  

Indicate your preference for a shipping quote or complimentary pickup from a central / DTLA Los Angeles location, address tbd. Sales tax applies to all orders, unless you have a valid resale license.
