The attendance fee for the seminar covers costs associated with accommodation, meals and materials for 11 days. The attendance fee for the seminar is $600. A concession fee of $400 is offered as an option, with the difference being covered by the National Spiritual Assembly.

Participants, and where possible their families, are encouraged to strive to prepare the necessary funds in advance of the seminars; for example, through saving money, support of family, fundraising etc.

Nevertheless, it is hoped that every student who wishes to participate in this educational programme will be able to do so, and that finances do not act as a barrier to participation. Therefore, should you require financial assistance to be able to participate, such assistance can be arranged.
