Southbury Strawberry Festival Vendor Application - 2026

Artists, artisans and vendors are invited to apply for booth space to set up and sell and sell goods on the UCC Southbury lawn from 10AM to 4PM. Pick a booth size, fill out this application form and send a check by April 15th, payable to UCC Southbury, to register at the lower rate and to hold your spot.  Mail check to the address listed above and include in the memo line of the check "Strawberry Festival Vendor."  Booths can only be held with your check.  Space is limited for this event.  If slots are available, and vendor registers on the day of, s/he must pay higher rate in cash.

Vendors are responsible for carrying insurance on any inventory and for applicable State of CT sales taxes.  Vendor acknowledges neither UCC Southbury nor UCC Southbury employees or volunteers are responsible for any damage or loss from any cause to vendor or property for the duration of the event.  I have read this form and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in it.
