Special Diabetes Program for Indians: Participant Success Story
The Special Diabetes Program for Indians [SDPI] will expire in 2017 unless it is renewed by Congress. The National Indian Health Board and its partners throughout Indian Country are working on collecting stories from SDPI programs to share with Members of Congress on how the program has been so successful. Please share your story as it relates to Type I or Type II diabetes, related chronic disease, and the Special Diabetes Program for Indians.
