GC4W Ultimate Super Moms Competition - Application Form

About Us: The Global Connections for Women Foundation has quickly grown into one of the leading international non-profits of the millennium in the areas of gender equality and women empowerment.  Such growth is in part attributable to the seriousness with which GC4W accepts its ongoing responsibility to celebrate and recognize those who too often go overlooked and unnoticed.  In accordance with this responsibility, GC4W seeks to shine a spotlight on the women and work performed by the unsung heroes of our society – working mothers and women business owners.
 
The Global Connections for Women Foundation is proud to host the “Ultimate Super Mom Competition”, an international contest scheduled for the summer of 2015 and designed to honor the remarkable women who sacrifice and strive for the sake of their children as well as their communities.
 
Nominees for the “Ultimate Super Mom Competition” will be judged across a variety of key evaluation areas including overall community impact, specific contributions to the cause of women empowerment and go-forward plans for affecting change around and aiding the advancement of gender equality.
 
With selected honorees hailing from a cross-section of international communities and organizations, recipients of the “Ultimate Super Mom Competition” will be acknowledged as part of the opening ceremony for the 2015 GC4W Atlanta Working Mom Business Expo, which is scheduled for October 5, 2015 in the city of Atlanta. This is an international recognition and nominees are not required to be present at the expo.
 
Deadline for nominations is 5pm eastern, August 31st, 2015.

Nomination Guidelines and Questionnaire
All honorees are selected from nominations sent by the global GC4W community. In an effort to aid you in preparing a letter of nomination, the following guidelines are suggested. Please note that these guidelines are broad and general. Feel free to submit additional information you think pertinent. You may attach a resume, however, it is not required.   Be advised that you can nominate yourself or someone else.

You may know others who wish to write personal letters for your nominee. It is not necessary that these additional letters arrive in the same correspondence with your nomination. We are pleased to compile submitted letters and support documentation as they arrive as long as they are received by the nomination deadline.
