Position: Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 11 am - 8 pm with a one-hour break)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls from the calendar during scheduled hours.
- Follow a structured call approach to ensure effective communication.
- Earn a flat commission on successful conversions.
- Diligently follow up with leads and prospects.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager.
- Undergo comprehensive training, including mock calls, to enhance sales skills.
- Conduct follow-ups during promotional activities.
- Engage in video Zoom calls, voice calls, and video calls as required.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, a passion for sales, and belief in the education system.
- Uphold ethical standards and strong values in all interactions.
- Exhibit proper communication, adept objection handling, and participate in brainstorming sessions with managers and founders.
- Be presentable and transparent in dealings.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both English and Hindi.
- Commitment to a long-term position; individuals seeking short-term roles need not apply.
- Past experience directly or indirectly related to sales is a plus.
- Must be available for a full-time position during the specified hours.
- Remote working capability.
- Passion for sales and belief in the education system.
- Strong ethical values and professionalism.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: INR 20,000
- Commission: 5% on each successful sale
- Potential Earnings: INR 50,000 and above
