This program is designed to give you all the tools you need to not only reach and maintain your goals, but help you exceed them, all without the process consuming your life or having to completely overhaul everything about the way you live.

The workouts are 45 minute long and delivered in groups of 4 people at a time to create a fun, high energy, and motivating environment. These are circuit style workouts designed to get your heart rate up while building strength and burning body fat with both indoor and outdoor components to each session. A dynamic warm up and a cool down stretch are included in each session.
