All users must complete the TPI user training prior to using TPI -- if you have not already done so, please register below for TransPort Integrator training.
IMPORTANT: On September 30, 2012, GSA’s legacy system, TMSS freight functionality for agency users (excluding GSA Global Supply and Ability 1 users) was deactivated for the creation of new shipments and will be set to a "VIEW ONLY" mode. Agency users will be able to complete any shipments started in TMSS, functions such as BOL correction notices, payment and post payment audit. However, TSP users will still have full access to the TMSS system.
For TSPs that complete shipments for GSA Global Supply Services and Ability 1 (NIB/NISH), these two agencies will not go live with TransPort Integrator until late October/early November. Until that time, both groups will continue to use TMSS.
TransPort Integrator (TPI) helps you to better manage and execute your transportation program. With TPI you can easily:
• Create and view shipments;
• Rate, rate shop, freight auction, and spot rates;
• Track the status of shipments;
• Confirm pickup and delivery;
• Access a robust report center; and,
• Integrate with PayPort Express to pay your transportation-related expenses.
All registered federal users must begin ‘Planning and Execution’ of their shipments in GSA Transport Integrator (TPI). If you have not received and email with your new TPI user name, please visit https://tpi.moveit.gsa.gov/portal/login to register and obtain your user login.
As a reminder, Household Goods shipment functionality will still be completed in TMSS, only the freight functionality has been transferred from TMSS to TransPort Integrator.
