Financial Wellness Session
On Saturday, August 17 at 63rd and Halsted at 2:30 PM in Chicago, Chicago's Black Business Network (CBBN) in conjunction with its financial partners will share vital information that will make a difference in your life and the lives of your family members.
Our continued financial wellness depends on how well prepared we are in case of an illness or injury.
Attorneys will be on hand to answer your questions regarding preparing a Power of Attorney and Living will. Speak with them and find out how you may qualified to have a licensed attorney prepare these documents at no cost.
Many families have lost everything because they have not been properly prepared when a member suffers a heart attack or stroke or was been diagnosed with cancer or other chronic illness. You can avoid this, if you take the steps NOW to secure your family’s financial future.
We will share the following information:
1. How qualified individuals can have an attorney prepare a Living Will, Power of Attorney and/or Transfer of Death Instruments at no charge. (Every person over the age of 18 should have these documents prepared and ready in case of an emergency.)
2. How you can protect your income, your business and your family in case of critical or chronic Illinois or critical injury.*
Let's take the time NOW to take care of our financial health and be sure that we leave our families in the strongest possible financial state, if anything ever happens.
Please complete the form below and we will contact you. We will need to speak with you, in order to confirm your RSVP and reserve a seat for these free services.
