LIABILITY: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Snail Trail Series, Blitz, Chaos, and other events organized by Von Kathmandu Adventures Pvt. Ltd. and Bishnudole Farmhouse. I understand that outdoor and indoor adventure activities involve significant risks. I affirm that I am medically fit and properly trained.
I assume full responsibility for all risks, including falls, collisions, encounters with animals, interaction with vehicles or objects, and hazards arising from weather, terrain, air quality, or trail conditions.
In consideration of my participation, I, on behalf of myself and all who may claim through me, covenant not to sue and fully waive, release, and discharge Von Kathmandu Adventures Pvt. Ltd., Bishnudole Farmhouse, the host venue, organizers, officials, medics, partners, workers, vendors, drivers, pilots, marshals, guides, porters, staff, photographers, sponsors, team members, spectators, and volunteers, including their agents and employees, from all liability for death, injury, property damage, or loss, including those arising from negligence.
INFORMATION, TRAILS & SAFETY: I confirm that I have reviewed all race details on the official website and will download and carry the GPS/KML course map on my mobile device. I agree to follow all trail markings and prioritize the safety of myself and others. If I go off-course, I will correct my route using the map and will not challenge race results arising from such deviations.
COMMUNICATION & DATA PRIVACY: I consent to receive all race-related communication—email, SMS, phone calls, or messages—before, during, and after the event. I acknowledge that my submitted details may be released to government authorities if legally required, with or without additional notice.
DEPENDENT MINORS: I accept full responsibility for any dependent minor (under 18) participating under my care. For minors 12 or under, I will accompany them at all times. I confirm that the minor will have appropriate gear, including trail shoes, a cap, and adequate water.
RESULTS & MODEL RELEASE: I grant permission for the organizers to use my name, age category, race results, timings, likeness, photographs, and video for legitimate promotional or informational purposes in digital or print media. My contact details and date of birth will not be published or sold.
REFUNDS & LATE FEES: Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organizers. I understand that I am not eligible for refunds due to absence, late arrival, withdrawal, disqualification, injury, personal circumstances, or inability to finish. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable across events or participants. I agree to pay applicable late fees.
EVENT CANCELLATION: I acknowledge that organizers may cancel or modify the event or course before or during the race for safety reasons, including adverse weather, political unrest, unsafe trail conditions, or severe smog. If cancelled by organizers, I am entitled to a refund unless I choose to defer to a future race.
RULES, POLICIES & COURTEOUS DECORUM: I agree to conduct myself respectfully and refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, including shouting, profanities, or interfering with staff. I understand that violations—intentional or not—may result in warnings, removal from the event, or disqualification from future participation.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CONSENT: I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, OR MY PARENT/GUARDIAN HAS REVIEWED THE ABOVE AND CONSENTED TO MY PARTICIPATION. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I GUARANTEE THAT ALL THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREE TO IT.
