2025 Luminary Awards Nominations

AAF Dallas is proud to present the Luminary Awards, celebrating remarkable women who are creating a vibrant future for Dallas advertising. They blaze a trail for others to follow, empowering everyone around them and inspiring the next generation with outstanding talent, leadership and innovation. 

The Luminary Awards are a complete reimagining of our annual Shining Stars gala, bringing even more energy and prestige to this important event. We honor the powerful role women play in our industry as part of our commitment to championing diverse talent and driving progress. 

Help us shine a spotlight on the women who are leading the way—submit your nominations by May 2nd!

Honorees must work at a Dallas-based company or branch. It's free to nominate and you may submit more than one person for consideration.

Judging:
The AAF Dallas Board of Directors will review all the submissions and present the nominees to a panel of judges comprising members of the AAF District and National organizations. Candidates who were not nominated through the submission process may also be considered. The goal is to honor 10 individuals, but this is subject to change based on the volume of nominations received.
Winners:
The chosen honorees will be notified early May and will receive their award at our Luminary Awards gala on the evening of June 13th at the American Airlines campus.
