Become a Volunteer Leader
Hello! 

We appreciate your interest in stepping into a leadership role with us. We are ideally looking for mature leaders aged 22-30 who are comfortable engaging in conversation, even when things quiet down.

It is crucial that you read the Dear Community blog posts on our website before proceeding. Understanding our values, beliefs, and vision is essential for all leaders.

As a community leader, you'll enjoy the benefits of facilitating events and helping individuals connect. 

This role also offers valuable experience in event management (for SMS events), which you can highlight on your resume. 

Your official title will be "Volunteer Events Facilitator," and if we believe you're a good fit, we will reach out to you. 

As a Dear Community Leader, you'll be responsible for running an event monthly, ensuring every attendee feels included, attending Quartey calls (or watching the video within the first week if you miss one), and supporting Dear Community's values. 

You’ll also receive free event access, opportunities to develop event management skills, focus on building connections, and learn from exceptional guest speakers.
