How to embed a Google Form into a blog for students to respond to surveys, class assignments, essays, etc.:
1) Create a Google Form questionnaire.
2) Go to 'File' 'Embed' and copy link.
3) Paste link into 'HTML' window of blog post and save.
4) Gather results as students respond - be sure to include their name as a question on the form.
