This form is to help communicate the information about your upcoming event at LifeSource Lindale. 
Communication Process Reminders
- Ministries cannot make their own handouts, etc. They must be created, branded, and proofed by the communications ministry.  The church handles all collateral and branding creation for anything distributed to the church family, community, or public. 
- For your event to have any promotion (website, social media, handouts, registration, etc), please submit this form at least two weeks prior to the date you want items.
- Paper invites are meant to be used as a personal invite from the ministry to potential attendees. Please only hand them out in the Lobby as you invite people to attend, not during the service in the Worship Center. 
- Items cannot be inserted into the ministry guide without prior discussion and all items that are handed out to the church family and the community must be pre-approved and sent through the proper channels ahead of time.

 (If there is a cost to attend AND you use online registration, a fee will be added to the cost to cover the processing fees or your ministry will receive only the net amount after the processing fee is removed. Example: $25 online registration will have a fee of around $1.)

The technology at the church is not available for use unless you talk with the Tech team prior to your event. The person using it must be trained and approved by our Tech Director for using the equipment as well.

Final Reminders
The event/announcement will not be added to the website calendar or the communication channels unless your request has been approved through the proper protocol. Your ministry is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the space at the conclusion of the event.  If your event is less than two weeks away, there is no guarantee it will be able to have promotional items prepared.
