I acknowledge this is a facility owned and operated by a Roman Catholic faith community. The Premises are to be let out on the basis that they will not be used for any purpose which is contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church or which could cause offence. At all times the Catholic nature of the premises is to be respected. Any breach or potential breach of this provision will mean that the use of the premises is withdrawn.

All hall users are expected to: Treat the hall, fixtures and fittings as if they were your own and leave them as you would wish to find them in a clean and tidy condition. Have respect for our neighbours, especially when leaving at night. Put the rubbish out and recycle your waste where possible. Ensure all lights and appliances are switched off at the end of the event. When closing up, ensure the building is left with all doors securely closed.
