Introduction

I hereby grand my consent to be interviewed by SANdbox website (collectively referred hereinafter as: "our/the Website", in that respect the terms "us", "our" and "we", shall also refer to SANdbOX website), owned and operated by the company SAND MAG LTD ((referred hereinafter as: "the Company")), in order to set up a personal profile of you on our Website and for other purposed detailed in this Interview consent form (referred hereinafter as: "the Consent") or in relevant parts of our Website.

I agree to actively participate in electronically recorded interviews including, without limitation, Skype, FaceTime, E-mails and Instant Messaging.

I understand that I may be called to take part in more than one interview as follow-ups may be needed for added clarification and as such, will be ready and willing to do so when contacted by the Company via e-mail and/or phone.

I fully understand that I will not be entitled to any payment for taking part in the interview or for having my profile posted on the Website. Participation in the interview is completely voluntary.

I understand that I can decline to answer any question that is presented to me during the interview and can stop the interview at any time or for any reason.
 
I agree to be identified by name in our Website and in any and all related projects of the Company derived from the Interview and the information gathered from it.

I agree to be identified by photos, video materials, audio-visual materials or any other material collected for the purpose of the interview in our Website and in any and all related projects of the Company derived from the Interview and the information gathered from it.

Irrevocable Authorization

I hereby grant the Company irrevocable authorization and right to use any and all raw and processed material collected during my interview, including without limitation; quotes, notes, photos, audio materials, video materials, audio-visual materials or any other material collected for the purpose of the interview (referred hereinafter as: "Materials").

I hereby authorize and grant the Website a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute any and all Material and content made available by me or by my interviews in any existing or future media.

I hereby authorize and grant the Company the right to sub-license these rights detailed in section 2.1 and 2.2 of this Consent, and the right to bring action for infringement of these rights.  

I hereby grant the Company irrevocable authorization and access to use any and all Materials collected during my interview, whether supplied at the time of the actual interview or to Materials I shall give access to while being interviewed which are found online including, but not limited to, present social networks posts, social photos and anything which I have made available online or off-line, for the Website and for any other purpose detailed in Section 3 and 5 of this Consent.

I hereby give the Company all rights to the Materials collected during my interview, whether supplied at the time of the actual interview or by granting access while being interviewed to the Materials found online including, but not limited to, present social networks posts, social photos and anything which I have made available online or off-line, for the Website and for any other purpose detailed in Section 3 and 5 of this Consent.

 Use of Information

Any Materials and/or personal information obtained in an interview are subject to the Privacy Policy of our Website, which is an integral part of this Consent, and as such you consent to the collection, usage and storage of your information and Materials as set forth and detailed in the Privacy Policy of our Website.

Any information and Materials obtained from these interviews shall be used by the company's team:

In any form outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, in accordance with section 3.1 of this Consent;
To enable us to communicate efficiently with you;
To enable us to set-up your private profile on our Website using your photos and other Materials you gave us access to online and off-Line;
To be used in any other project that the company may be involved in or take part in, including, without limitation, publishing a book and/or producing a series and/or a movie from the Materials collected in the interview or which appears on our Website. The Company will have the sole copyright to any such project/product.
By signing and accepting this Consent, you grant us the authority and give us express consent to distribute, sell, trade or lease the materials and information collected during an Interview to any third party for any reasonable reason providing we do so truthfully, accurately, legally and in a non-misleading manner or harmful purpose, for commercial and marketing purposes of the Company.                                        

The Company reserves the right to edit or remove any and all Material submitted during an interview, or stored on its servers, or hosted or published on our Website, without prior notice or consent.

(4) Disclosures

Where applicable, we may disclose the information and Materials gathered during an Interview to any members of our group, e.g. directors, employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors.

In addition, we may disclose the information and materials gathered during an Interview:

To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
In order to aid with fraud protection and minimize credit risk;
In the event we undergo a business transaction (e.g., sale, acquisition or merger of the Company); to the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset which we are (or are contemplating) selling to. In this event, you herby consent that the purchaser of our assets shall continue processing your information and materials subject to the private policy and terms of our Website;
To any person who we reasonably believe may apply to a court or other competent authority for disclosure of the information where, in our reasonable opinion, such court or authority would be reasonably likely to order disclosure of that personal information.

Waiver of Intellectual and Financial Rights

You herby waive any and all intellectual rights, including but not limited to copyrights as stated in sub-section 3.2.4, embedded in projects and products that the Company may produce from the Materials collected during your interview, in accordance with section 3 and 4 of this Consent.  

You herby waive any and all financial rights that may derive from the business ventures that the company might generate from using the Materials collected during an interview, now or in the future whether from our Website or any other projects or financial dealings of the Company, all in accordance with section 3 and 4 of this Consent. You will not incur any financial gain or right to the income produced from the usage of the Materials collected in the interview by the Company.

You hereby wave any legal rights to the earnings produced from the Materials collected in the interview in accordance with section 3.2.4.

Liability

You hereby understand that our Website will not be liable in respect of any business losses you may incur as a result of the interview or the use of the information and Materials you supply during an interview or post on our Website, including, without limitation; loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

You hereby understand that our Website will not be liable to you in respect to any and all special, indirect or consequential loss or damage you may incur while taking part in setting up your profile on our Website, including, without limitation, the interview, submission of information and Materials.

Waiver of legal actions

You hereby waive any and all rights to bring action against our Company or any member of our team, including, without limitation, directors, employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors in any event that:

You are unsatisfied with the final outcome of your personal profile on our Website, including, without limitation; the outline, graphics or content of it;

We have used the information and Material collected in the interview to generate profit as stated in sections 3 and 5 of this Consent; and

In any matter in relations to the intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights, as stated in sub-section 3.2.4, embedded in projects and products that the Company may produce from the Materials collected during your interview, as set out in section 5 of this Consent.
