  1. Provide hands-on experience in digital archiving for community members.
  2. Build local capacity in archival and preservation practices.
  3. Support the growth of the Moaʻe Molokaʻi Digital Repository through skilled internship support.
  4. Offer professional development opportunities in digitization, metadata creation, cataloging workflows, and audiovisual management.
