Semester 1: Reflective Self-Assessment
Please THINK carefully about your responses as these inform me for your Semester 1 report card grades and comments.

Reflective thinking about your own work is really valuable in learning and improving.  I like to think of it as:

What is working? (evidence to show how it is working for me)
What is not working? (reason, evidence/example to support my statement)
What will I do next to improve? (reason, evidence/example)

Example: "For communication in projects, I deserve a 4/5 because in the pipeline debate, while I argued my side of the issue, I was able to persuade others and give clear evidence as to why my reasons were valid.  One reason I was particularly proud of was the point that .....My opponents had a hard time rebutting!  I gave myself a 4 instead of a 5 because I think I speak quietly and tend to only communicate with certain members of the class, which makes it harder to collaborate."

Please give yourself a mark out of 5 for each learning competency (skill) and then reflect on why you chose that grade (give evidence/example).
2 - Beginning to...    3 - Somewhere in the middle (satisfactory)     4 - Pretty Decent (Meeting expectations)    5 - Killing it :)
