HYFS Social Groups Interest Form
Hi Holliston families and friends!
We’re thrilled to be expanding our free weekly after-school social groups for the 2026-2027 school year for children and teens of all ages and interests.
At Holliston Youth & Family Services (HYFS), we’re prioritizing peer groups built around shared interests and needs—to help participants feel connected, supported, and engaged. Groups will also include social-emotional learning and therapeutic support tailored to the needs of each group.
Please take a few minutes to complete this form to let us know what your child might enjoy and when they are likely available. This is not a commitment—just a way to help us plan. Your feedback helps us build meaningful opportunities that reflect your family’s interests and schedules.
We can’t wait to connect, build skills, and create space for fun, friendship, and growth this school year.
