PUMC Emergency Overnight Shelter Volunteers

Peterborough United Methodist Church operates the first, and so far only, overnight shelter in Peterborough. We are actively recruiting volunteers to assist with this community wide mission, which provides a safe haven for families and individuals who are temporarily unhoused.

PUMC is working in partnership with the Eastern Monadnock Housing Security Coalition (EMHSC) agencies, which include: Southern NH Services, Monadnock Area Transitional Shelter, Shelter from the Storm, The River Center, and the Grapevine Family and Resource Center.
