THE TECHIE AT TRISKELION NEEDS THIS

TECHNICAL INFORMATION *

Please describe your technical needs. Reminder to keep this at a minimum in that we only have 3 hours to light and run the works. 2 cues per work is our suggestion. Eg. Lights go, then sound when the artists pick up the hems of their dresses, sound plays through to the end, I need to strike a few props from the stage.

I agree to attend the opening circle the day of the show with my artists for an orientation and to set an intention for the day

I agree to promote the event via social media and whatever other means works well with my process

Submit production investment by May 6th to Trina

Production Tasks

check what interests you and we'll divvy up the fun and go from there. If you can think of something you'd like to do, not on the list, convey that though the "other" box please.

Day of event, have artists sign patron programs, give the patron programs to the patron, place a placard on their seat with their name on it

Day of the event - facilitate the opening welcome

Create the program, take it to the printers (90 B&W), keep the receipt to be reimbursed, bring the programs to the show,

Day of the event - sweep the theater after to make sure nothing is left behind

Recruit a volunteer to help with backstage flow, put up a program so artists know program order, keep the volume down during performance
