You must check in with the photograph team during Athlete Check In; if you cannot make athlete check in, please communicate with the media team to make arrangements. You must be ready to show proof of purchase. No refunds will be given if you fail to check in before the first workout.

Photo & Video Delivery:

We prioritize getting raw photo and video content to our athletes quickly so you have the opportunity to create, post, and share your experience while the event is still fresh. Edited photo galleries and finished content will be delivered afterward. Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of content and editing required.

We take pride in delivering high-quality content in a timely manner. Our team carefully selects, edits, and prepares each athlete’s content to ensure you receive the best possible final product.

Packages including raw photos and raw video content will generally be delivered within two weeks following the completion of the competition. While we work as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on the volume of content and the editing process.

Hype reels may require additional time due to the extra sorting, editing, and creative work involved. Our goal is always to deliver your content as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our work.
