MimosaCity Festival 2024 - Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! Please fill out the following form to help us understand your background and interests.

1.) It is important that you carefully read every part of this form, and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

2.) This is not a binding agreement.  Filling out this form does not, in any way, constitute a binding agreement or otherwise guarantee your selection as a MimosaCity Festival 2024 volunteer. If you are selected as a volunteer, you will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver and volunteer agreement.

3.) Do not share this form publicly.

4.) Deadline to submit applications is Monday, June 6, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST, although additional submissions beyond this deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5.) Please provide full answers (even if some of the details and/or examples are the same) for each of the questions.
