ConTribution - Call For Speakers
Please fill out the application with all the required information and use full, complete sentences.

The convention is scheduled to be held from February 12th (Start at 5 pm, GMT +1) - February 13th (End ar 8 pm, GMT +1).

The description of your programming item should not exceed 700 characters (spaces included). Keep in mind it will be used for both the ConTribution social media pages and in the programme book. The programming coordinators keep the right to shorten or alter your description.

To be a speaker you will need to have a computer, microphone and access to the internet. The convention will be held online (Discord, Zoom, Facebook, YouTube). If you will wish to video stream, you will need to have access to a web camera.

The programming coordinators reserve the right to push your session to one of the platforms (Discord, Zoom, Facebook, YouTube).

All other assistance should be requested via the Notes application field.

If organizing a workshop, be sure to mention what materials will be used beforehand, so those who will attend can prepare.

*Since we are organizing all of this in a very short period of time there is a possibility that some of the channels will not be used. We can say that there will be at least 1 Zoom and at 1 Discord server.

If you would rather submit prerecorded content, you still need to fill out the available boxes and make sure that you mention this in "Notes to organizers".

UPUTE

Molimo vas da ispunite prijavnicu sa svim traženim podacima. Prilikom ispunjavanja koristite dijakritičke znakove (č,ć,š..), te Vas molimo da rečenice budu potpune i smislene.

Konvencija će se održavati od 12.2. (17h) - 13.2. (20h).

Molimo Vas da naslovite Vaš program na hrvatskom jeziku, te da upišete opis od maksimalno 700 znakova (s razmacima) koji će stajati na našim stranicama na društvenim medijima i u programskoj knjižici. Organizatori zadržavaju pravo kraćenja ili preformuliranja ovog opisa.

Za sudjelovanje u programu biti će vam potreban pristup kompjuteru, mikrofonu i internetu. Konvencija će se održati online (Discord, Zoom, Facebook, YouTube). Ako ćete organizirati i stream sa slikom, trebate imati pristup web kameri/kameri. Organizator zadržava pravo usmjeriti vas na jedan od platformi (Discord, Zoom, Facebook, YouTube).

Sve materijale potrebne za održavanje radionice, molimo  da objavite ranije, kako bi sudionici mogli na vrijeme ih nabaviti.

*S obzirom na brzinu organizacije moguće je da neki od kanala neće biti upogonjeni. Zasad je sigurno da ćemo imati barem 1 Zoom te uz to 1 Discord Server.

Ako ćete radije nam priložiti već snimljeni materijal, molimo da također ispunite sva priložena polja, i napomenete nam da je to već snimljeni materijal u "Notes to organizers".
