Please fill out the following form entirely. After you submit your completed application, we will contact you shortly. If needed, we may contact you for an in person or online conversation to clarify any information provided on your application.
After that, our staff will prayerfully consider you as a candidate to attend RLSM and notify you of your status within 4 weeks or less. (NOTE: For Summer 2024, due to our Director being on Sabbatical and out of the office all new applications will be reviewed and notifications emailed by August 7, 2024.)
