Enrollment Credit Policy

I understand YIL enrollments earn a $100 Builder Co-op credit.

I understand XCEL enrollments earn a $50 Builder Co-op credit.

Team Leader Track $400 per month - 1 group spot per week (+ 2x 1 hour 15 min blocks)

Key Leader Track $600 per month - 2 group spot per week (=2 1 hour 15 min plus NS)

Agency Owner Track $900 per month - 3 group spots per week ( 2x 1 hour 15 min spot if you want, no shows)

PAYMENT DUE DATE ON 5TH: Payment is due on 5th of every month until cancelled in writing. Send payment to zelle 239-989-4347. Credits will be deducted and balance will be due.

CREDIT CARD BACK UP: The balance may be zero, but if there is a balance, I agree to Zelle by the 5th, if I dont zelle by the 5th - I agree to charge this credit card. Include 1. Type 2. Number and Exp Date. *
