Please use this form to help us gather a list of volunteers and resources for the six CERT Division areas. If there is an emergency, we will utilize this list to help us know what resources are readily available and who we can call for additional volunteers. Ideally, the CERT members will be called first, and then volunteers on this list would be called next. Joining CERT is one of the best ways to help in the future and get training.

Division 1 area covers Traverse Mountain and Canyon Hills, North of Highway 92.
Division 2 around Skyridge Highschool Area, South of 92, to I-15 to Drycreek.
Division 3 around the Cemetery to Costco, East of Drycreek and North of I-15.
Division 4 West of I-15 from Willow Park to Thanksgiving Point.
Division 5 Historic Lehi, North of Main Street to I-15.
Division 6 Historic Lehi, South of Main Street to Utah Lake.

Please note that this information is going to be collected by the Lehi CERT Team's Division Leaders. The data will also be shared to Lehi City as well. This data is not to be given out to other parties or sold.
